The DT340 S package is a great starting point for a pipe inspection company or municipality who face a variety of pipe diameters and conditions but want to still reduce their upfront investment. The DT340 S package comes with a Pan/Tilt/Zoom camera that can be equipped on the base body for small diameter (8-12") pipe as well as plug into the modular elevating arm for large diameter pipes. The elevating arm allows you to raise the camera head above a water line or toward the center of up to a 36" (915mm) diameter pipe. The DT340 S package also comes with a larger rubber wheel set for increased stability in larger diameter pipes.
The DT640 is a three wheeled crawler with rubber wheels to help with traction in concrete, steel, lined, glass fused to steel and other tank types. The vacuum head can be mounted in front of the vehicle on a dual actuating arm, one actuator tilts the head 20 degrees and the other raises and lowers the head 20 degrees. The head concentrates the suction at the floor of the tank to focus the pumping of water on sediment filled water. The hose connects to a submersible pump outside of the tank. There is a camera on the main body of the crawler that monitors the vacuum head as it removes debris. The DT640 is a three wheeled crawler, with magnets inside of the wheel hubs and a silicon and rubber cover for traction and to avoid damaging the surface it is driving on. The magnets allow the vehicle to "stick" to a steel or ferrous surface, driving vertically or even upside down on the steel. The back pivot wheel is able to turn 360 degrees, allowing the vehicle to turn in one position with zero turning radius, making it extremely maneueverable. The vehicle is not able to jump from one surface to another via a quick angle or obstacle, however it can drive through marine growth and around smooth bends and surfaces, making it ideal for larger diameter pipes and ship hulls. The crawler is equipped with a forward facing camera and LED floodlights, allowing you to see live from the handheld controller that is connected via tether to the crawler what it is seeing, making it an effective inspection and survey tool. The advantage of being attached to the surface is that it can hold steady even in high water currents and deploy a variety of tools while operating, such as a thickness gauge, pressure washer head or imaging sonar.

The DT320 is the most portable and easy to operate crawler for between 6" and 18" (150-450mm) diameter pipes. The DT320 is fully steerable with a compact track belt driving the vehicle. This track belt enables the crawler to get over disjoints and obstacles as well as mud and debris. The wheel kits add to the outside to increase traction, stability and to raise the camera up higher. The camera is also adjustable in height with the lift arm, you can set the head to be in the center of up to a 12" (300mm) pipe. The package includes a counter reel that indicates on screen the distance you have travelled in the pipe so you can determine where in the pipe defects are when you find them. The DT320 is the most portable and easy to operate crawler for between 6" and 18" (150-450mm) diameter pipes. The DT320 is fully steerable with a compact track belt driving the vehicle. This track belt enables the crawler to get over disjoints and obstacles as well as mud and debris. The wheel kits add to the outside to increase traction, stability and to raise the camera up higher. The camera is also adjustable in height with the lift arm, you can set the head to be in the center of up to a 12" (300mm) pipe. The DT320 X package includes the battery powered crawler with a powered reel and carbide wheel kits for PVC and clay pipes.The DT320 is the most portable and easy to operate crawler for between 6" and 12" (150-305mm) diameter pipes. The DT320 is fully steerable with a compact track belt driving the vehicle. This track belt enables the crawler to get over disjoints and obstacles as well as mud and debris.
