Ether NDE
The ViCTor 2.2D is a user friendly automated eddy current inspection system designed with the Automation Engineer in mind. Based on the AeroCheck , NDT Inspectors will become quickly familiar with its user interface and with a variety of case configurations available. The ViCTor 2.2D offers maximum flexibility for each individual application.

Special Features
Guides Feature: Allows the user to display a slide show that can be created easily with commonly used desktop software. Instructions, tutorials and procedures can be added quickly and the NDT inspector can easily switch between the inspection itself and the Guides while performing a live test.
Innovative Loop Feature: Captures a live repetitive signal and then adjusts the instrument settings especially Phase, Gain and Filters in order to simplify the task of optimizing the parameters.
Data Logging: Real time recording or signal data and replay on instruments & desktop PC, up to 164 seconds
Trace Function: Allows a reference waveform to be stored on the screen and appears along the graticule behind the live spot, allowing the operator to readily compare the live data with the reference calibration.

For the first time in the field of portable NDT instruments the PhaseCheck delivers the operator with a hand-held high-end eddy current flaw detector package, delivering C-Scan data display. As the saying goes “a picture is worth a 1000 words” and to date “pictures” , such as the inspection data displayed in C-Scan images, have been limited to expensive large laboratory instruments.
C-Scan Capabilities in a Handheld Design
They say “a picture is worth 1000 words”. To date, “pictures” (C-Scan) in Eddy Current have been limited to expensive large laboratory instruments. Now for the first time in a hand held high-end eddy current flaw detector package we add a C-Scan data display capability.
The PhaseCheck share the same features and performance of the AeroCheck Eddy Current Flaw Detector combined with the ability to scan areas and document inspection results using a C-Scan Display and X/Y and R/Theta manual scanners with easy scan calibration. The ETher NDE PhaseCheck can be used with all reflection, bridge and absolute probes from all manufacturers and uses industry standard 12-Way Lemo and Co-axial Lemo 00 connectors, reducing the need to use adapters.

C-Scan Capability
With up to 1 million data points, up to 1,000 stored data files and scaling from 0.1 to 999.9 Ticks/mm, the PhaseCheck delivers professional quality C-Scan capability in a handheld design. C-Scans can then also be exported as a Bitmap, Excel Spreadsheet or raw data file for subsequent analysis.
Works the Way You Do
The PhaseCheck features a daylight-readable 5.7” LCD Color Full VGA (640 x 480 pixels) screen, ensuring the operator has excellent signal resolution and presentation no matter what the working conditions are. With the built-in “flip” function, it works equally well for left or right-handed users.

Lightweight at 2.6 lbs. (1.2 kg) and housed in a rugged metal casing, the PhaseCheck offers up to eight hours battery life. The large "soft keys" and easy-to-navigate menu systems provide a very user-friendly interface.

The data recorded in the C-Scan can be further analyzed on-board the instrument by changing the channel views, the phase and gain, or exported for further analysis using the post analysis PC Application ETherScanViewer.

The ETi-200 Eddy Current Flaw Detector is designed to offer advanced multi-frequency and multi-channel flaw detection while offering unmatched flexibility and portability on the market. Appealing to all sectors within NDT, the ETi-200 allows the operator to program not only frequency, but many other advanced functions. In dual-probe mode, the ETi-200 will multiplex four channels per probe whereas in single probe mode up to eight channels are available. A cast aluminum enclosure and protective rubber over-molding make the ETi-200 extremely durable and robust.

In order to offer the best user experience when it comes to tube map design and report generation Ether NDE have teamed up with Talcyon Pte Ltd, to deliver advanced Tube Mapping Software (TMR) which is second to none in its features and ease-of-use. Tube Mapping Software (TMR) is a solution intuitively designed with the operator and tube inspection task in mind; specifically to produce an accurate layout and labelling of tubes on a tube sheet. Upload a photograph or schematic diagram of the tube sheet and create a map of the tube sheet, assign a number to each of the tube openings. The “tube sheet” presents the software with a graphic representation, which helps to track which tubes have already been measured, aiding efficient workflow, labelled and mapped.

"Dual Frequency / Channel Feature" - At different frequencies, different signal indications (e.g. lift off and defect) have a different relative phase and amplitude response. By means of Phase rotation and Gain change of the X Y signal components, one of these indications can be manipulated to be almost identical in phase and amplitude as the other and then by subtraction (mixing), the unwanted component is minimized, giving an improved detection of the required signal.

The EtherCheck is a combined Eddy Current and Bond Testing Flaw Detector. It comes with a rich range of features offered by a best in class eddy current flaw detector combined with the most widely used acoustic bond testing method; Pitch-Catch. Features a single frequency range of 10Hz-20MHz and dual range of 10Hz-12.8MHz.
All functions are in a single lightweight instrument with a common user interface between the two modes, resulting in simple operator led set up.

The ETherCheck weighs just 2.6lbs (1.2kg), has a tough metal outer case and is optimized to resist moist atmospheres. It's 8.5 hour battery life and storage of over 500 readings allows field use for an entire shift without interruption. Additionally, the ETherCheck is equipped with an easy to navigate menu system for rapid function access, including 4 programable, quick access "soft keys" to fit your needs.
Works the Way You Do
The ETherCheck series features a daylight-readable 5.7” LCD Color Full VGA (640 x 480 pixels) screen, ensuring the operator has excellent signal resolution and presentation no matter what the working conditions are. With the built-in “flip” function, it works equally well for left or right-handed users.
Fully Featured Instrument
Loop, Guides, Trace, Rotary Capabilities, Conductivity and More
"Loop" is a convenient function for capturing live repetitive signals and then optimizing the settings in order to simplify the task of optimizing the parameters.
"Guides" allows the user to display a slide show that can be created easily using 3rd party software. Instructions, tutorials, etc. can be added to the ETherCheck quickly so the inspector can easily switch between the Inspection itself and the Guides while performing a live test.
The "Trace" function allows a reference waveform to be stored on the screen alongside the graticule behind the live spot, allowing the operator to readily compare live data with the reference calibration.
Includes "Rotary Capabilities" as standard and can be used with the ETher Mercury (mini) ARD002, Hocking 33A100 or the Rohmann MR3/SR1 and SR2 Drives (with special adapter cable).
The "Dual Frequency" function manipulates one indication to be almost identical in phase and amplitude as the other and then by subtracting (mixing), the unwanted component is minimized, giving an improved detection of the required signal.
"Auto-Mix" simplifies the sometimes complex procedure of mixing two different frequency signals and can be achieved on the ETherCheck through a series of easy steps. Once set up, the Auto-mix itself is as simple as pressing one key.
"Conductivity Mode" - when connecting the Conductivity Probe, the instrument auto-detects the probe and seamlessly switches into conductivity mode. Removal of the probe switches the instrument back to flaw detection mode.
